What a year Natasha Bedingfield has had. Three hit singles and a No. 1 album under her belt, life just couldn't be any better for Daniel's wee sister. And to celebrate her massively successful year, the blonde beauty took time out to speak to her favourite magazine about her annus mirabilis!
Well, Tash, you've had a great year, haven't you? Yes, I can't believe it, it had been brilliant. And I loved doing the Band Aid 20 record. I'm so pleased that it has sold so well.
If the hits ever started to dry up, would you be tempted to go scantily clad to an event to guarantee press coverage? Everyone has got their own idea of what slutty is and I never want to look in the mirror and go 'you look like a slut'. You can look sexy and be a bit classy at the same time. You've got to leave a bit to the imagination.
So no lads' mag shoots, then? I've done a shoot for Arena Homme Plus but I wore lovely dresses. I wouldn't do underwear shoots because I don't go out in underwear. I don't walk round my house in underwear. I wear clothes.
Filthy mouthed Eamon has a crush on you. Any chance? I think he's cute. I'm very flattered if he does like me!
But his songs have swear words in the title! You have to take people on their own merit. It's about who they are more than what they say. What's important to me is being able to connect with that person in their heart.
So do you like bad boys? Most girls do. I mean, who doesn't like Colin Farrell? Whether you can have a long-term relationship with one is another matter.
Who are your celeb chums? Estelle, Elton John, David Furnish and Lulu. They're not my best friends and I don't see much of them, but they're people who I've met and who I've had really good conversations with.
Have you been disappointed by any celebs? Some can be different from what you expect, but I'm not about to slag them off. Often they've had bad days and don't have time to talk to everyone. There have been times when I've snubbed people, and I'm, like, the nicest person I know!
How modest! When was your last diva strop? I'd worked for 12 days without a break, so I pulled my manager to one side, put my foot down and made sure I got time off.
Get you! So who do you want to bump into under the mistletoe? I think Heath Ledger's very cute, but I don't want to say anyone else in case I end up meeting them and ruin my chances!
